My son loves these stacking cups! I really don't know why, but since he was around 7 months (now he's 9 mo) he's loved carrying them places, chewing on them, banging them on things and playing with them in the tub. These are great for the tub because they drain and he can't drink the bath water.

These worked out great as entertainment for our 18 month old daughter on transatlantic flights. We came up with all sorts of quiet games to play with the cup. Stacking and nesting, tea party, counting, matching the colors, and more. Small and compact. Took up no room in our carry on and really kept her busy.

Our daughter has always loved the bath. When she was ready for toys, we went straight to duckies. She liked to suck on the duckies heads, but she never really played in the bathtub until we got these cups. Simple? Yes. Fantastic? Definitely. These have different little holes in the bottom of them, so they sink, float, water drips out slowly, quickly, and she loves to run her fingers under the stream. At 9 months, now she's clapping them together and drinking out of them like a cup (oops! we gotta watch that in the tub!). We have a few more toys that do similar things, but nothing beats the simplicity and versatility of these stacking cups.

My 6 month old loves these. They are just the right size for her little hands to grab and turn. She likes to chew on the rims and for some reason hangs onto these much longer than any other toy. I got them initially for the bath but she plays with them all the time everywhere now. She likes them better than her oodles of multicolored, multitextured baby toys.

They are small like other reviewers state. They work awesome in the bathroom for a bathtub toy that is fun to play with and organic. My child loves them and can't get enough use out of them! They will be great for the beach this summer as the bottom has holes in it. Great for outdoor pools, bathtubs, water tables, sand box, sand tables or to just roll around on the floor and stack. Also the bottoms have shapes on them to use with playdough later on which is nice too!

We have a one year old and she loves playing with the cups during bath time - stacking, chewing, pouring, etc. Each cup has different shaped holes allowing for tons of water fun. Plus they're dishwasher safe (top rack) so easy to keep extra clean. I'd been looking for non-squeaky bath toys since they all retain water no matter how hard you try to squeeze it all out. This is a great option.

I got these for my daughter to play with in the tub when she was about 9 months old. She loved them so much, though, we ended up using them both in and out of the tub. At first, she loved to knock them down when I'd stack them up. Now, she's really interested in putting them together and seeing how they nest. I throw these in my diaper bag whenever we go out, knowing they'll keep her occupied. Sometimes (okay, often) the simplest toys are the best!

These cups are great for the tub. My son plays with them at every bath time.... they have little holes in different patterns in the bottom, so the water drains quite easily. I like that they are made with a "better" plastic.

My nephew had these in his mouth as soon as he received them for Christmas (6 months old). They were perfect for his little hands. My niece is 3, and she was stacking the ones that he wasn't teething on. Considering all of the super expensive toys they receieved - and chose this to play with instead- I would say it is a fabulous investment!

I bought these cups for my 6 month old and she LOVES them. She's teething and often chooses these cups to chew on over her other teethers. They're not only great for tummy time play, but they're great in the tub too. Each cup has a few holes in the bottom to let the water pour out. She never gets sick of playing with them so I always pack a couple in my diaper bag for her to play with if needed. I'd definitely recommend these to a friend.

My son, 11 mos, loves these little cups! They are smaller compared to the ones you usually see in stores. However, he manipulates them very well. He loves to bang them together, stack them inside each other, and just plain chew on them. Since they are free of so many nasty chemicals, I am so glad he can enjoy them without me worrying about them! I recommend them!

I bought these because they are nontoxic plastic, but wasn't sure if my 5 month old would be interested in them. He absolutely LOVES these cups! They're the favorite toy right now by far. He can grasp a cup in each little hand, then drop them and pick up another color when it catches his eye. When I take these to our play group all of the babies reach for them! We've also used them in the tub, the float and have tiny holes in fun shapes on the bottom.

My 6 month old daughter has loved these cups since the moment she laid eyes on them. They occupy her for the longest of all her toys and she is learning as she plays, which I love. She is now 7 months going on 8 and she still loves them. If I take any toy with us anywhere, it's these cups. She chews on them, bangs them together, stacks them, pushes them around, looks through the holes in them... they are great.

These cups are the perfect toy for my daughter. We got them when she was 7-months old, and she loved them right from the start. I love that they are safe and BPA- and phthalate-free, she loves that she can tip over the towers that I keep making for her. These can be a little tricky to stack, since the lip on the bottom of the cup isn't that big, but my daughter doesn't care one bit...I think it just makes them easier and more fun to tip over! Each cup has holes in a different pattern in the bottom of the cup, making them fun at bath-time, as well as different raised shapes. Since there are so many of them, they're easy to split up and take a few in the diaper bag for outings.
I gave this 4 stars (I would have given it 4.5, if that were possible) because they are NOT dishwasher safe. The toxin-free cornstarch resin that they are made out of will warp in the high heat of the dishwasher. So it's a little inconvenient to hand-wash all the little cups when they get dirty, but for me it was worth it to buy a safe and inexpensive toy.

They don't stack as well as some cups I have seen. They do stack, they are just a bit harder for my 1 year old. Work well for bath toys too. My daugheter loves them, and the only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 is because they aren't as easy to stack as other brands.

I recently bought these cups for my 10 month old son because he currently likes to put everything in his mouth and I knew these were safe for him. He is not able to stack them yet, but he does like to take the cups out, chew on them and then throw them. I am hoping as he gets older he will enjoy the cups more in the tub. My only complaint (why it gets 4 stars instead of 5) is the water does not come through the holes very well in a few of the cups so some water just sits in them without draining. A good product though for a fairly cheap price.

These cups are a disappointment. We ordered them to replace an older set we were given and loved. They looked like an ideal replacement. Unfortunately the lip on the bottom of each cup is too slight for the cups to stack well. Everything else is as we anticipated. We are keeping the cups since they are good for the bath, but we're still looking for cups that stack well.

The cups were a little smaller than I expected but it's fine since it makes it easier for my 7 month old to grab them. He doesn't seem as interested in them as i hoped. He picks them up every now and then to try a drink from them (I guess he thinks they are real cups) but other than that he just looks and tosses them aside. I'm hoping he will play with them more once he is more intereste in nesting/ stacking items.
33.) do not stack well and super small

I was very disappointed with these cups, they are so tiny and do not stack well. The picture is misleading, seems like these `stacking' cups were going to be much bigger. On the up side, they are great for the bath, so we will be keeping them; but we will be looking for larger and better stacking cups.
Features of Green Sprouts Stacking Cup Set
For over two decades i play., Inc. has been researching children's health issues to make safer feeding accessories that come in contact with babies' mouths and foods. Due to recent safety issues in children's toys we saw a need for toys free from potentially harmful toxins. So in 2008 we launched a new line of PVC, phthalate, BPA and nitrosamine free toys made from eco-friendly materials. Inside Baby: Pregnancy and early childhood are critical times in babies lives because they are growing and developing so rapidly. During this time they are vulnerable to elements in their environment, and parents should protect them as much as possible from exposure to potentially harmful substances. The first priority for growing babies is to make sure everything babies put inside their mouth is healthy, safe and promotes the development of strong immune system. PVC free and Phthalate free: PolyVinyl Chloride (PVC) is a hard plastic that requires harsh chemical softeners, such as phthalates, to make it appropriate for use in soft plastic baby toys such as squirty toys. In 2003 we discovered that phthalates were shown to disrupt reproductive functions and cause other developmental problems, so we launched a line of toys free from PVC and phthalates. BPA free: Bisphenol-A (BPA) is used in hard, clear plastics sometimes used in baby toys to prevent breakage. In 2006 we learned that BPA also disrupts reproductive functions and causes other developmental problems, so we added a line of BPA free toys to our line. Nitrosamine free: Nitrosamines are found in latex products such as some infant teethers. They have been shown to cause cancer in many animals, so all our teethers and soothers are nitrosamine free.
