My brother and his family are a very "green" family! They loved this gift. They are so hard to shop for because you want it to be environmentally friendly yet still fun for the kids! My nephew loved it and it passed my brother's "green" test! YAY! I recommend this gift!

Great little toy, it is smaller than I imagined. Being a natural wood toy, it can get scuffed up easily.

This is a nice toy, and my little girl likes it, but this is about the size of a tennis ball. I was thinking it would be a lot larger.

This is smaller then expected, only about 3" diameter. Not that the smaller size is a bad thing. It makes it easier to store or travel with. It is a cool old school toy, but the pegs only come out with gravity or centrifical force. So it's only really fun to watch while it is rolling. My son hasn't played with it much, but I think it's fun. Maybe he'll get more into is as he gets a bit older. In the mean time I like that it makes very little noise and doesn't require batteries.

My baby loves this toy. She likes to roll it out and watch the pegs pop out. It is made of durable, sturdy wood and won't break. My only complaint is that it is only about the size of a tennis ball. The picture on Amazon makes it look bigger than that. It's cute but I did think it should be cheaper considering the size of it.
